       We provide advanced spinal correction and chiropractic adjustments utilizing  a variety of techniques specific to each patient. Chiropractic care can even be used as preventive care and help you achieve total health or wellness. We accept most major medical insurances, Medicare benefits, and those who do not carry insurance.

Corrective Exercises  

       At Freeman Chiropractic , we teach our patients how to perform exercises which can help strengthen and correct the irregularities in their body which may be causing pain. Back pain, neck pain, and headaches commonly caused by muscles and tissues being used improperly or too often, causing injuries over time. In each case, targeted corrective exercises for strengthening and stretches will be taught specific to each patient condition. 

Soft Tissue

       In addition to skeletal misalignment, you may be experiencing pain that is caused by muscles and connective tissues tightness and spasm. Dr. Joseph and Dr. Rachel are certified in various techniques to help target and address muscular tension. 

Nutritional Counseling

       What does nutrition have to do with chiropractic care? The goal of chiropractic care is to help patients achieve total health and balance with their body, and as part of that goal we provide specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices. Nutritional counseling by our experienced chiropractic health professionals can assist a patient to reach optimal health. Do you know which supplements and vitamins are good for you? Do you know how these supplements and vitamins interact with one another? This service is done one on one with the doctor designing a structured nutritional program that is based on an individuals needs and goals whether you are trying to lose weight, gain weight, or just become healthier.
